For Full Batch:
4 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Not the Quick Cooking Oats!)
1 cup of Hammons Black Walnuts– Large
½ cup of whole or sliced almonds
1 cup of shredded coconut
¼ cup of unsalted pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
¼ cup shelled sunflower seeds
1 cup of maple syrup or honey
4 tablespoons of canola oil
¼ teaspoon of Kosher salt
1 cup of dried fruit of your choosing (Suggestions: cherries, cranberries, raisins or currants)
Heat oven to 300 degrees. On rimmed baking sheet, toss the oats, almonds, Hammons Black Walnuts, pepitas and sunflower seeds with maple syrup or honey, oil and salt.
Bake for 12 minutes. Add coconut. Back another 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Add dried fruit and toss to combine. Let cool before serving.
